01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between jt888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jt888 website located at https://jt888.bio and all associated services, products, and features offered thereunder.

By completing the jt888 registration process, by clicking "I Agree" during account setup, by completing any jt888 login, or by placing any wager, bet, or game stake on the platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the jt888 platform.

jt888 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on jt888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

jt888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending balances pending investigation.

03 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active jt888 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. jt888 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate account activity.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. jt888 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jt888 login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.
• You must notify jt888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• jt888 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials.
• jt888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its discretion where there is evidence of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or risk of harm to the platform or other players.

Account verification ("KYC") may be required before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate by jt888. KYC documentation may include a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo ID, along with proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jt888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jt888's discretion.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 100. Maximum single deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks.
• Withdrawal fees: jt888 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions. Third-party payment provider fees may apply and are borne by the player.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.
• Source of funds: jt888 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of anti-money laundering compliance procedures.
• Declined transactions: jt888 is not responsible for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers in connection with declined or failed transactions.

05 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on jt888, including but not limited to cricket betting markets covering PSL, Asia Cup, ICC World Cup, bilateral series, and all other sporting events offered on the platform.

• All bets are accepted at jt888's absolute discretion. jt888 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager without prior notice.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be void unless otherwise specified in the relevant market rules.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connection integrity. jt888 will not be liable for bets placed based on delayed or inaccurate live data feeds.
• Match abandonment, postponement, or curtailment rules are set out in the specific sport and market rules available on the jt888 platform.
• jt888 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or corruption in the underlying event.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface.
• Errors in pricing or market creation (manifest errors) will result in bet voiding. jt888 is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

Winnings from settled bets will be credited to the player's jt888 account balance promptly following official result confirmation. Where results are disputed or under official review, jt888 may delay settlement until an official outcome is confirmed.

06 Casino Games

All casino games available on jt888 — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, blackjack), and virtual sports — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified for fairness and randomness.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by previous results, player history, or account balance.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are published within the game information panel. RTPs represent theoretical long-term return averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jt888 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the jt888 platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or bypass geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with betting on jt888.
• Using jt888 to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jt888 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the jt888 platform or its software.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. jt888 reserves all legal rights in response to prohibited conduct.

09 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jt888 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jt888 content without express written authorisation from jt888.

Any unauthorised use of jt888 intellectual property will result in immediate licence revocation, account termination, and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jt888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

• Any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable credential security.
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the jt888 platform, which are the sole responsibility of the player.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, jt888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their jt888 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Termination

Either party may terminate a jt888 account at any time. Players wishing to close their account may do so by contacting jt888 support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC and compliance checks, subject to deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

jt888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification checks.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the player or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, the player's access to jt888 services will be immediately revoked. Account data will be retained for the period required by applicable law and jt888's data retention policy.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jt888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be published at https://jt888.bio/terms-conditions and will display the date of last update.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the operation of the platform — jt888 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered players via the email address on file. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the jt888 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jt888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation between the player and jt888 shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body.

Players must submit any formal complaint to jt888 in writing via the support channel within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint. jt888 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within fourteen (14) business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version.
